Perfect when on a short visit to Beaune!

Great location of this wine merchant in the centre of town, with enough parking for loading wine after purchase. Very friendly service and a wide selection of Burgundy wines to... read more

In the Burgundy way, this beautiful place gives you a little taste of some wonderful wines, set below a church in the caves, history is all around you. The cellars are spectacular. For 6 wine tastes is only 13€, the guide and tour is very informative and fun. You also get to keep your glass, which I found a nice... More

Wow, they give you some tasting cups, and it's off to the wine cellars. After your done there is a store for great French wine & cheese.

Many of the other cellars in Beaune require payment and a tasting. If you're interested only in seeing some of the cellars underneath Beaune I recommend checking this out. There are English language descriptions of the process of growing the grapes and producing the wines and a large number of special wines in racks at which you can ogle (and... More

Great location of this wine merchant in the centre of town, with enough parking for loading wine after purchase. Very friendly service and a wide selection of Burgundy wines to select from. The place doesn't only stock high-end wines but offers a very good selection of mid level labels too. If one has only one place to visit in Beaune... More

To set the scenery: we went here 26th of December, maybe other at other times things are different.Went here for a nice wine taste and booked the tour online in advance. After having payed we were given two glasses and told to follow the route. The cellar is really beautiful and the wines are good. However to be with two... More

We were on a river cruise and thus had to follow the itinerary. I would have much more enjoyed going to the vineyards. Regardless, the wines tasting at Marche aux Vins was well worth the stop. Pop for the Grands Crus – 27 E wine tasting. What was nice about this wine tasting is that you go into the cellar... More

Buy the top tasting option. It is a cheap way of tasting a range of wines from average to very, very tasty. The tasting/tour starts in the caves under the building and moves from barrel to barrel upon which sit a bottle or two of the sample. Sip lightly so your head is still on at the end of the... More

We enjoyed our visit to the wine caves at Marche aux Vines, and the tasting that followed. Laurent Bruley was very helpful. We bought a full case of wine -- including a Mersault Premiere Cru (blanc), Beaune Premiere Cru (rouge), and Pouilly Fuisse Hospices de Beaune.

We visited the Hospices de Beaune and Marche is right beside it. For $20 you get to taste a number of very excellent selections from Burgundy along with access to knowledgable wine stewards who will answer your questions. We had a wonderful gentleman that spent the better part of an hour discussing how to get the very best value in... More
