We really enjoyed our visit. Great collection of items on 2 floors. Takes a little peek at life in Dijon and Bourgogne through the ages. Some of the displays on the 2nd floor are set up like local shops... well thought out.

This museum has FREE entry for all public and presents the life (people and commerce) of the past epoch in Dijon. A surprising visit.

Worth popping in if you are passing and if it is raining or too hot. There is an English brochure to read but it is very heavy going and hard to match the text to the exhibits

Plan accordingly. This museum is closed from 12-2PM. This museum houses a charming array of objects from the Dijon town history. In my opinion, some trip-advisor reviews are a little too complimentary of this museum - but we did enjoy it. There aren't that many...More

Stumbled on this treasure trove. Free entry. Well worth a visit spent around 1hr looking at ecclesiastical treasures and antiquities of Burgundians. Chalices, silverware, embroideries. Fascinating.
