Lovely church in old part of town. Beautiful stained windows and lovely memorial to Saint Elizabeth of the Trinity. Dates back to 15th Century. Started in flamboyant gothic style this is well worth a visit. Entrance is free.

The striking Renaissance facade is one of the most recognisable features of the city. The 16th century porches are covered with incredibly detailed bas-reliefs. Truly a book of knowledge for the illiterate believers of that time. There was a marriage ceremony inside the church.

This church is one of the rare examples of the mixture of late gothic and renaissance building styles. The front of the building looks very balanced indeed, whilst the inside of the church is pure serenity.

The architecture of the church is very imposing when you see it looming at the end of the street. It is beautiful inside, and located near many other major tourist sites so worth stopping in.

From the outside, Saint Michel is an impressive show of Gothic-Renaissance architecture -- it's simply a beautiful building from any angle. It's also a terrific place to stop and have some quiet time (for any of a number of reasons). As with many historic cathedrals,...More

The exterior of the church is large and imposing but inside it is both warm and majestic. There are some great stained glass windows. It is definitely worth a stop in as it's in centreville.
