It's all there: heretics, killings, believers, not believers, almost nine hundred years of history behind this – to see it today, in its final Gothic version, it's imposing and somewhat threatening, but with wonderful stained glass windows. Please be respectful of the worshipers.

From de Gaulle direction it is such a lovely site looking up towards the direction of this great Cathedral. Almost impossible to Visigoth Orleans and miss it. Worth a visit.

We had a private tour of the cathedral and our guide was as impressed as we were! The atmosphere is beautiful, the stained glass is simply stunning and the whole place is just amazing. We loved it.
