We thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to prepare and then eat our meal. Our host was very gracious and patient with our poor French. The atmosphere was relaxed and our dinner delicious. We also learned a few valuable skills and have new ideas for cooking at home.

Our group of 27 was excited to cook a french meal. Imagine how disappointed we were in the planning and execution. There was simply not enough for people to do. The final products, except for the entree, were terrible--the chicken dish very tasteless and the dessert hard as a rock--some of the lava cake was liquidity as expected, some solid... More

We are very surprised by your disappointment. Our courses usually gives complete satisfaction to our clients French or International. Our menus are adapted and tasteful for most of the people. Plus the Tour Operator is fully satisfied with our processes and practices. They even ordered many dates for 2016 and enjoy working with us. More

We went with a small group for a cooking class and had lunch after. It was a welcome and wonderfull experience. In a professional environment we were taught French Cuisine, after which we were able to relax during a nice an typical French 'Dejeuner'. This was definately a way to get to know Tours and France in a very original... More

We have been warmly welcomed to follow a Lesson to make French Macarons. It has been a great experience. The place is great and service highly professional. Our teacher spoke really well English.

We have studied and practiced the French language for a few years now, but are still not fluent. And Chef Cyrille was quite rude to us "Americans." When we first arrived and he began speaking very quickly, I explained to him that we only speak a little bit of french and simply asked that he speak a bit more slowly... More
