If you are only going on one champagne tour go on this one. I would score it a 10 if they would let me. We were there on a cold day in March but we rode the train over from Reims and walked to the building. We got there about an hour before they opened and got on the first... More

We really enjoyed our tour of the cellars of Mercier champagne house. Very informative, the train was great. The tasting at the end was also good. A good choice for a family.

Nice visit and tasting. Impressive to see the cellars and to close-out the tour with the tasting of three of their champagnes.

This was a welcome surprise, Everything was so well organized. The elevator ride to the cellars was fascinating, and so unexpected. The train ride was another surprise, so informative and really explained the process well. It was just a very well done tour and I enjoyed every minute of it. I was not surprised to know Mercier is owned LVMH,... More

It's large, a well presented and equipped facility, both above and below ground and is probably the 'Disney' equivalent of the experiences on offer. The introductory film is shown in a purpose built theatre and on completion leads you into an entertaining decent into the cellars. I... More

You 100% have to do this tour when visiting Epernay, there were a few different options depending on how many glasses you wanted to taste but we went for the full package which we thought was still very reasonable. We went quite early in the morning so it was quite quiet, you go in the lift down into the cellar... More

Great place to tour. The underground cellars are amazing. Starting with the elevator to the cellars and followed by the underground shuttles it makes a great tour and worth the time. There is so much champagne under there it is unbelievable.
