At the time of my visit an excellent exhibition of Rembrandt's work was being presented. The works were presented very professionally illustrating the painter's evolution through his life and were a natural fit in this lovely museum.

Good museum, small, but a nice collection. The building is wonderful with all of it's original features, that was fun to see. I don't know that it would warrant more than one visit,, but it was fun.

I loved this museum. We had read a bit about it, but didn't really know what to expect. This was one of those times when it turned out to be better than expected. The museum is a large mansion with a surprising collection of Italian Renaissance art, as well as all sorts of classical sculptures and many other things. The... More

Its my 3rd time in the museum. All the wxhibitions, both permanent and temporary are wonderful. The museum's curators did great jobs in the Medici portraits and the Rembrant's. But, and here comes the geat but: all the texts are only in French, there is no English at all, and that why l was and still very disapointed.

Visit this elegant and interesting museum whose exterior was used in the film Gigi. It's permanent collection of Renaissance art is unparalleled and it's current exhibitions never disappoint. Buy tickets online to avoid any wait. The cafe with Tiepolo ceilings is a rare treat.

This gorgeous private home, filled to the brim with exceptional art, furniture, and fascinating architecture is intimate, small, and much more fun than big museums like the Louvre. The audio guide, available in many languages, is fantastic! Stop in the tea room, formerly the home's dining room, for refreshments. A real hidden gem!

You take the metro to miromesnil to get to this museum on Haussmann. I rembered that station since that was our station we went to very morning while staying in a hotel on Haussmann in June 2012. Visited the museum Jacquemart-Andre in October 2013. Very nice interior. Nice artwork too. Perfect activity for a cool day. Nice to be inside.... More

A lot of really extravagant classic European design, interior, furnishing, art etc.... it was once upon a time an aristocratic residence. A must do if you're an art enthusiast and heavy museum go-er, also if you want to avoid the more popular museums like Louvre. Quite frankly I felt this one is more special than Louvre Buy your tickets online... More
