We visited the Basilica on a Sunday morning. We arrived there quiet early (10:30 approx) and there was a queue already. The queue moved fast and we only waited for about 5-10minutes. The basilica is beautiful in and outside but Wahr impressed us the most...More

Sacre-Coeur is a fun place to visit. A place with a good vibe , with lots of culture, good food , painters, drawers, artists all over. You might find your next favourite artist right here.

The basilica is atop a hill in Montmartre, offering stunning views of Paris and the church itself. To get to the top, you can take a (long) hike up the stairs, or take the funicular/cable car. If you have a Navigo pass, you can use...More

My favorite visit in Paris. Not only because of this great church but for the roaming that we can do in Montmartre after. Not to be miss

You could enjoy great aerial view of Paris from here. A must to go in and admire the great interior. Majestic structure, full of tourists. However, the surrounding gardens, fountains are not well kept, with rubbish. And the toilet nearby are not operating.

For me, this is the most romantic and beautiful place in Paris. You have to climb on foot starting from Moulin Rouge, passing Van Gough house, some windmills and walk over Montmartre square to see it in all its beauty. Sunset is spectacular. Entrance to...More

Beautiful build which is definitely better from the outside than it is inside. The 6€ charge to climb up in the domes is well worth it, the domes enhance the views across the city.

The “string men” seem to target usually female tourists (but not always) as they enter the small fenced square below Sacré-Coeur and proceed toward the stairs that run up the hillside. You can spot the “string men” (Black people) as they are usually lined up...More

Montmartre is a bustling mix of cultures, colours, and
styles which changes from one street to another. Ride
the funicular (or, for a real workout, climb the
steps) to the sublime Sacré-Coeur (Basilica of the
Sacred Heart) with its inspiring view of the city. The
church is surrounded by provincial streets and piano
bars where tourists, artists, and street entertainers
thrive. At the foot of the hill, Boulevard de Clichy
