We arrived between 10 and 10:30 in early October and other than a couple of shops being open there was no market. Maybe it's better on another day or earlier in the season but nothing was happening when we were there.

Quality market outlets for fresh fruit, veg, seafood, meat etc etc. Peppered with restaurants and coffee shops you can't go wrong. This is an amazing street. Do not miss it.

It feels like going back in time while strolling along this narrow cobblestone road. There are plenty of shops and restaurants on both sides, which seems targeted at tourists. It would not be a top tier attraction and only go if you have a lot...More

This is a very nice looking and tasty market. There is a big selection of vegetables, fruits, cheeses, ice cream, sausages, chocolates, pastry and much more! I did not see a flea market here though

I visited this market on a Sunday morning. There are cheeses, fish, pastries and even an outdoor large rotisserie with whole chickens and potatoes. A great place to pick up lunch or just stroll and eat with the French. An eye & mouth pleasing market....More

The Latin Quarter bursts with intellectual life,
architectural splendour and ongoing merriment. The
small streets are filled with classical buildings,
student bars and lively eateries while the squares are
dominated by historic monuments. The area is defined
by the 800-year-old Sorbonne University, where Latin
once prevailed, and is famous for the Pantheon which
