I'm not sure about the updates on your phone. As long as there is no delay on the train 10 minutes is fine. But to be on the safe side I would do a transfer with at least a 30 minute window.

No discounts on TGV since they are 1st class and going north back to Paris the above discounts he was talking about are on the slower 2nd class trains ONLY! Not recommended going North because they are packed standing room... More
