This is no longer a major thoroughfare as several of the feeder streets are now closed. Surrounded by beautiful buildings all the same and worth a look. 1841.

We found this square walking along the Petit Champs looking for somewhere to eat lunch. This is a very nice area with nice restaurants nearby. In the middle is a statue of King XIV on a horse.
The effort to make this traffic circle a place of harmonious architecture has not been totally successful. But this is an historic spot and surrounded by designer shops and worth a short visit.
Very nice 2 bedroom apartment with local people to speak and get a feeling as to how things are. Very safe location with very friendly people. My wife and I already met a lovely lady that speaks English and informed us of many local things....More

It's a diminutive place compared to others in paris but I had to hit there first to know where I was going! My daughter loved recognising it from a few movies too!
The square is pretty and connects to many streets with fashion designers stores. Some of these stores offer nice clothes; other are not as interesting.
