Bought a photo at a Dinner Cruise and I left it in the boat by accident. I emailed the office with no hope of recovering it. They were very helpful and I was able to come back and pick it up. They had to go...More

Everyone was friendly and helped us choose and book activities at great prices. Free Wi-Fi was also available to help us map out our walking/train routes.

We dropped by to pick up a museum pass and were very nicely greeted. The person was friendly and gave us plenty of unsolicited advices. Granted we arrived late afternoon, but the service was fast....

The person who talked to us was super rude. My friend was asking her nicely about the tickets that booking.com told us that we just need to go there cause we have a discount. She didn't know what it was. The main thing that pissed...More

As a family of 4, we only needed to buy 2 passes because our daughters got in for free with my husband and I's passes. The museum pass saves a lot of time and ultimately money. We made several stops to museums and sites we...More

Jean-Eric in the tourism office was extremely helpful in helping us book our plans for our visit. His assistance and the overall efficiency of the office was greatly appreciated.

The cost of the pass if you buy it for more than one day is a rip off. You still have to wait in line at many locations. Most specifically the Louvre. Quite frankly, I would never advise anyone to buy the Paris pass/lib.

Picking up tickets were easy and getting the tickets were easy, but the woman who helped us wasn't very friendly and sorta dismissive. But I would use the service again because they are legit and it's easy to get your stuff.

I booked tickets for the Pantheon, The conciergerie and Saint Chapelle all through this office and online. I had the tickets sent to me in Australia before we travelled, as I like to have alll purchases "in hand". I found this purchase easy and without...More

Louvre / Palais-Royal
From the majestic Louvre to the regal Palais-Royal,
this neighbourhood oozes luxury. The grand arches
along Rue de Rivoli are shadowed by mosaics in front
of decorated vitrines and hotels. Place Vendôme is
lined with the world’s best jewelers and their
glittering window displays. Every other establishment
has someone to open the door for you or park your car.
You can spend hours gazing at its haute couture shops

It depends on how much time you have available; it also depends on how much you value convenience. Although we didn't get into all the options possible, we still found it a useful purchase.
