We offer french gourmet food tours including: chocolates, cheese, french sweets, boulangeries, farmers markets & kosher gourmets. Unlike other tasting tours in which one doesn't get to visit back kitchens at all, we actually take you inside the “laboratoires” to witness the creation process. You will also get to meet the master artisans–a very rare opportunity indeed. Ask them questions you’ve always wanted to ask. Come away with intriguing insider’s knowledge.

My wife and I, together with our two children (6 and 8 years old) - had an unforgettable few hours with Raymond - sharing the passion of food in all forms and tastes in beautiful Paris. I highly recommend this food tour, since it not only captures the Parisian gastronomy, but also so much of French culture and history! Our... More

The Decadent Gourmet Food Tour is a wonderful way to experience Paris. Rebekah led 5 of us on an intimate, behind the scenes visit of arguably the best boulangerie, cheese, meringue, macaron and caneles, and chocolate shops in the city. Rebekah's obvious knowledge of history and passion for the subject (she has written a book about chocolate!) and her friendly... More

Raymond introduced us to an accomplished affineur du fromage, an award-winning boulanger, a luxe chocolatier, and a marvelous meringue artist, and we enjoyed every site, smell, taste and minute of the tour. His own food heritage prepared him well to understand the subtleties that distinguish the best from the merely good, and he freely shared this expertise throughout the morning.... More

This food tour was recommended by my sister, who met the owner on a plane ride to Paris. We were late meeting Raymond our tour guide but he was fine waiting for us. Our rendezvous point was a bakery in the Rue Clear area. This boulangerie has won awards for best baguette and croissants in all of Paris. The behind... More

August was probably not the best time to take a tour of food places. Many of the shops are on vacation. But this tour did not disappoint us. Raymond was a very good guide and although he had to substitute a different cheese store we still came away with a great tour. We spent a long time at each place... More

We had a wonderful culinary tour with Rebekah. She was so friendly and informative. The cheeses we got to sample were excellent, the bakery very interesting and the chocolate shop was wonderful. My parents were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed it. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Paris.

Upon a referral from a good friend, I booked the market tour for myself, my daughter and 12 year granddaughter. It was informative and a joy to meet Raymond. All three generations had a marvelous time. Much to our surprise and delight, it was not just a 'talking' tour but a tasting tour! I knew it was a great success... More

My husband and I recently took a Decadent Gourmet Food Tour, and found it a great 3 hours spent in Paris. Having taken 3 food tours in Paris, we hoped that this tour in Rue Cler would offer something new. Our tour guide: Raymond was outstanding! He took us behind the scenes in a local boulangerie, where we saw the... More

My wife and I spent the morning with Raymond. He was a great host and guide. He is very personable and really enjoyed sharing his knowledge of the French foods. All of the stops were great from the chocolatier to the bakery all were amazing. The behind the scene access was a great treat to really help appreciate the French... More

This was a great tour to be able to visit some of the "top shops" for foodies. If you want to try the "Best" baguette, the "Best" chocolate, taste "Real" cheese or have a voted for "Best" croissant in Paris, then choose Decadent Gourmet Food Tours. We were also able to visit a local farmers market and stock up with... More
