Kits was all galleried out after trips to the Louvre and Foundation Louis Vuitton in the space of 24 hours, so we decided to chill for the afternoon on the Batobus, a 2 hour round trip from Notre Dame to the Eiffel Tour and back again. A great way to admire the gorgeous Parisian skyline, which has to be one... More

We purchased two-day tickets for Sunday and Monday but never bothered to use it on the second day. We were told that the waiting time for the next boat would be approximately 35 minutes. We waited and waited for at least over an hour on the windy and chilly Jan 15 (minus 3C) without any shelter to hide or to keep... For me this is the best way to view the attractions of Paris. It is stress free, unhurried and relaxing. It offers a unique experience on a dark, chill, Winters evening as you effortlessly, almost silently cruise along the Seine with illuminated backdrop of the city all around, There are 9 stops situated along the river at the major attractions... Really enjoyed seeing Paris from the river. You can get on and off as you please so you only need to see what you want. Very reasonable price of 8 euros each. The boats come every 40 minutes to each stop which in freezing February meant some cold toes and noses from sometimes waiting a while.

There is a river boat called Batobus that is a wonderful way to see the River Seine in Paris. You can buy a one day or two day pass and can get off and on at any of the 9 stops as it travels in a circular route. In winter, you can have an especially wonderful experience leaving from the... More

Very convenient way to see the hotspots of Paris from the Seine. We started at the Eifeltower boat station, and went all the way down to the Louvre. It's not the fastest way, but it sure is a very relaxing experience.

We took the batobus hop on hop off cruise along with my parents and wife on 5 Feb 2017. It was very comfortable and easy. The boats were heated very well. The only drawback was that there were no toilets in the boat. But it was ok. The boat stopped approx. every 15 mins. if you plan correctly and if you... More

The Batobus (Batobus.com) was a great way to soak in the historical sites of Paris by boat. Depending on the season, the boats run every 25 - 40 mins, cost 17. This was a needed change from walking thousands of steps via the subway! We planned our day to get on this water taxi after visiting the Louvre Museum, its... More

We would usually use the Metro as it is ridiculously cheap and quick but on this occasion we chose the Batobus service and it is a lovely alternative. Its a daily hop on hop off service which stops at 9 different locations around the Seine and each location has a kiosk showing when the next boat is to arrive so... More

Be clear, this is just a bus on the water. There is no commentary. It can be a nice way to rest tired feet. We happened to join the bus around 4:30 or so at Norte Dame. Our luck was docking at the Eiffel Tower when it was lit up and doing the sparky thing for a few minutes at... More
