busy shopping street typically for low budget

Lots of clothing and shoe shops typically at the lower price end. This street is very busy on Saturdays with Young people.

Just walk along this street and look up at the buildings, some wonderful architecture. There are also some excellent eating places off of the side streets in this area

Historic central Toulouse , accessed from "Place de la Capitole" and opposite the Capitole Building ,where there is ample subterranean paying parking. Opposite is " C and A' " Store on the corner which leads u into the pleasant street where you can browse and find ample good restaurants too.

This street is probably best known for shopping, and there's a very popular little waffle store where a queue always forms. In the evenings it transforms into a very hip and dynamic little street with performances, and lots of young people come here to hang out, which makes it very lively. During the day, don't forget to look up at... More

The Romans built here the first street, and today it is full with shops. There are some nice middle Age buildings - Hotel de Sesta - but generally nothing special.

This street is a straight shot to the Capitole and is in the historic city center. It has great shopping and little crepe stands as well. The winding cobblestone streets make your shopping trip seen even more special.

Why this is considered to be a tourist attraction escapes me. It is a street much like any other in Toulouse: cobbled and often covered with dog excrement.
