In France, and as well as in Lille officers in the tourist offices can be a pain... However this time they at least could speak English, barely...

Bought our tickets for bus tour and picked up information leaflets for our stay. Btw, Toilets are on the 4th floor!
the tourist office can b very busy so pick your timing but its the best place to book all your needs and there is also a little visit to the top
