A uniquely built church of wood where surprisingly you can light candles! A testament to what people can do when they put their minds to it, the church with its naves resembling the upturned keels of boats is easy to access

Really interesting church to visit. It is shaped like an upside down boat. Unique. The day we were there was market day and there was a marvellous food market right round the church.

I imagined this wooden church from the 15th century to have a large top table surrounded by Knights instead of an Alter. Great history and should be visited.

This church is a wonderful memorial for sailors. It's focused on that theme which sets it apart from other churches you will see in the world. It is simple but serene. Well worth your time to pay respects.

This is truly a hidden gem of a church. I have never seen a church quite like it. That it has stood for so long built in wood is remarkable. It is so simple but beautiful and well worth a visit

This church is well worth a visit. The oldest wooden church in France, and dates from the 15th century. Loads of history and a fascinating construction.
