Tried twice on a Sunday and it was closed off. From the outside it looked interesting and an automatic watering system was operating but no one was there.

Hided in office area. Extremely beautiful garden. If the weather will be nice you can visit Temple which is located in the bassin. Free of charge and children friendly.

What a strange find in Le Havre. A little piece of tranquility in an industrial area. They even have a boat you can go in to a place to put wishes.
