This is a beautiful building from the outside and full of history. after having been a bank for 20 years it has been totally renovated and it is rather quirky décor inside, lots of red. Fun but strange decorative items such as a 6 foot tall lady's high heel shoe! Dinner was ok.

The castle is small but well maintained, you can imagine the life in here once step in the gate, there's even a trail for carriage! i heard the tour guide mentioned it is a five start hotel but not sure. Worth a visit if you have extra time.

This hotel is just a piece of art! Located on the place de la pucelle, just next to the place du vieux marche, it makes the place amazing just by itself. The hotel also has a restaurant with delicious typical dishes for a reasonable price.

Depending on your budget you might want to stay here as it is now a luxury accommodation. However, even if you are not, stop by the courtyard for a drink or just to wander and look at the reliefs. Then step in undaunted to the very sleek and swank lobby where there is contemporary art juxtaposed with moldings and reliefs... More

A nice hotel with very friendly staff, nice facilities (spa and swimming pool) and a good central location. Late checkout and luggage storage was accommodated with no fuss. Pity the room was very small!

We stayed at this hotel for one night on the way back to Paris. The setting is gorgeous on a pedestrian square in the center of town. The hotel is in a beautiful historic building but is completely updated and very modern. Would be great for business travelers. It was also great for families, as they have a beautiful indoor... The whole point of our time in Rouen was that since we were spending some weeks there, we would get to see all the things that we missed the last time we were there. Even so, we almost missed this extraordinary building. Luckily, I saw the chance to explore it, and I am so glad we sought it out. Don't... More

Stayed here fore two nights and found the location to be excellent. Easy walk to all attractions and spoilt by the choice of eateries and bars all around. The hotel is historic but modern inside with some quirky aspects, like the glass bar floor with the pool below, that make the stay interesting. Wonderful courtyard with waiter service for drinks.... Transport yourself back in time when you enter the portals of this magnificent building.Just going in makes you feel special and the warm and helpful welcome from the reception staff enforces that feeling. The valet parking at 25 euros might seem expensive but you are going to pay 15 euros anyway. The extra is worth the car being taken from... More

Beautiful front facade and the main front in the courtyard with Gothic decorations, bas-reliefs, sculptures and decorative elements. I wonder whether the historical scenery is survived inside.
