Perfect little cinema. Movies from all over the world (in their original version with subtitles). Not mainstream at all, don't wait to see there what you can see everywhere !!! So many documentaries, movies, at different hours of the day. The places (there is actually two Utopia Cinemas ^^) are so cute and the rooms are human size, but big... More

What a gem. We were so pleased to be told about Utopia Cinema. The cinema shows a range of films, not all strictly art house but certainly not mainstream. They are shown in their original language with French subtitles, so chances are there is a movie for you to see. The Utopia is to the side of the Popes Palace... More

Stumbled here as we wandered out of the Pope's Palace. The ambiance of the bar could not be beat. Lifting the velvet curtain between the entry to the theater and into the bar/cafe feels like entering a speakeasy. Had the best piece of toast with tapenade and warm goat cheese EVER. Accompanied with a draft beer on a slightly misty... More

They do keep strictly to 10 minutes desk opening before the film, the only plausible reason may be they also support the cafe. Anyway.. Saw les suffragettes and it was fab. Warning.. Seats are small, so if you have wide hips or really long legs you may struggle. I rolled up my coat for back support and stretched my legs... More

Watched a film in English here in lovely medium sized screen with comfortable seats. They have four or so screens. Practised my French with the sous-titres. Only allowed to buy tickets 10 minutes before. Not sure why. Alot of showings too. Cheap cafe in building. The building and location is wonderful, behind the Palace of the Popes, Watch arty foreign... More

A lovely place amongst the walls of the Palais des Papes. I didn't go to the cinema but sat outside at the cafe and it was just a wonderful afternoon of people watching. There is a lovely relaxed atmosphere, great service and just a fantastic location. I absolutely loved it!

This little cinema shows a variety of films from different countries in their original language with French subtitles . it was great to be able to access some entertainment in English from the selection of films on offer. And cheap too - just 4 euros each. Wish there was something similar at home!

In this cinema you can choose what ever film They only project very good quality films from various parts of the world. They are always projected in the orginal version with French subtitles. The seats are confortable, the scene good size, and the audio emission of good quality. Sometimes on hot summer days the place may be somewhat too warm.... More
