Most romantic place in Cannes Old Town

Cosy restaurants, village atmosphere, cobbled lanes, been here over 9 years now, perfect for a pre dinner drink, or meal. Avoid festival time or big conventions, it will be packed.

It is a part of town Cannes, sloping, welcoming and "multicultural. Day is about empty, but the evening is animated and you can taste some specialties outstanding. In addition, you can quickly reach the Old Port and to the Palace of Congresses or you can climb to the citadel.

Really nice to walk around the old narrow streets and climb the stairs to the church an museum on top of the hillside of Cannes.

This was the highlight of Cannes to me, with a fantastic view at the top. Walk down from the back to the end of the street to find a delicious vietnamese restaurant!

It's a small hill which offers fantastic view of Cannes. It's also the historical site of old town. Very quiet during day time.

On a recent business trip, I visited this area, after watching the sunset behind it. It's quite a steep walk, but you get great views of Cannes and the sea. Definitely worth an hour of your time if you're in the area.

Le Suquet, is the ancient district part of Cannes , a smart area, with lovely romantic streets, boutiques, shops, in the evening many romantic restaurants with many candellights; nice atmosphere; nice for a visit in the late afternoon when it is not to hot, while the litle streets leads to the mountain with a splendid view over Cannes, the harbour... Suquet is my favorite place in Cannes. This is the old city with narrow streets full of different types of restaurants and wine bars. Through these restaurants you climb up to the hill were you find an old church, museum and the most fascinating view on the bay of Cannes.

The old quarter of Cannes, famous for its climbing and winding cobbled streets filled with little local restaurants. Originally, it was the fishermen’s’ residential area, but today it is filled with tourists.
