Very pleasant walk along the sea front with plenty of seats for stopping and people watching along the way.

Has been ? Déjà vu? No ! thousands no ! Not talking about August crowded streets and sidewalks, stuffed with lobster colored tourists mistaking sunbathing with oven baking... No . this was last week on a winter cold but bright Saturday afternoon. Blue Skies...blue water..."mer d'huile" as said in french. after morning spent in busy narrow streets invaded by sales... We liked watching boats, bird and the overall Mediterranean visit. It was too cold for a dip but I think some of the beach is free access.

We go to Cannes every Sunday for a nice walk along the croisette and a stroll through the antique market. Loads of places to eat and enjoy a pastis over looking the beach. Enjoy the Cannes cafe culture. Ahh I can get used to this!

There is nothing like walking along the Croisette, with beautiful beaches, the water & awesome shopping... what more do you need? Well you can also eat an amazing lunch at diverse restaurants ON the beach!

If you want a sophisticated place, beautiful seaviews, designer shops, palm trees, and a lovely winter walk, without tacky amusement arcades, fish and chips, and tired, old and faded buildings, La Croisette in Cannes is the place to be.

It's nice to walk along the sea and the beach. Quite long way. On another side of the road you will see many luxury shops and cars parked. Good choice for sunny and not very hot day or evening.

It's just a beautiful area to walk around. The boats, the houses, nice cafes and restaurants. There are also very expensive stores which are nice to look at ;-) The shopping streets behind there have all different kind of stores as well.
