The island has a few trails to hike on, and quite a few beaches (pebbly, like most of the areas outside of Cannes). The museum inside Fort Royal was very enjoyable and educational.

I go there every year when I visit Cannes and I never get tired of it. The color of the water is wonderful and the peace and tranquility make it a must place to visit to scape from Cannes loudness.

Short trip by boat from the port at Cannes. Takes about 15 minutes. Good views of Cannes and the port from St Marguerite. Full of trees with good walks on the island.

It's like 15 minutes rapid boat trip from harbour next to the Palais, it's good place for a picnic (a few spots) and walk through nice pine forest.

It only takes 15minutes to get to the island from the Vieux Port of Cannes and the feeling when you get there is marvellous. The island is rich of nature and secluded spots to get happily lost far from the Croisette fanfare. I suggest to...More

Not too far, walking distance, minutes. You need at least 3 hours, island is pretty small but .... you'll see. Enjoy.
