OK, that was a little obvious in that you go way up to get to Eze. We then walked on up the mountain to the city to see the various sites.

Medieval mountain-top village perched overlooking the Mediterranean. Lots of art and 2 spectacular restaurants for fine food and views.

Beautiful views but very commercial and packed with tourists. Recommend going inland to visit more authentic perched villages.

It is kind of a tourist trap, but Eze does have a lovely church and beautiful medieval architecture. There are some nice and interesting shops mixed in and it's worth a bit of your time.
