The place Messena is in between the old town and the shopping street Avenue Jean Medecin. Big place quite nice buildings and few not that interesting cafes . Biggest plus is Galeries Lafayette

A very nice square with beautiful buildings in beautiful colors. Check also the fountains. The park is closed at night but during daytime it is also worth a visit.

I found this place by accident and it was amazing. Walking distance to the Promenade Anglais. If you walk pass this, you will find great selections of amazing restaurants!
