This muzeum has more than 600 art works, but on the exposition you find probably only 60... It is closed from 12.30 to 1 30 daily, and they are not even planning to correct the information on the web site...

Website states 10 am to 6 pm today but on 12.15 arrival we were told it was closed 12.30 to 1.30. Hmmm. Lunch in nearby park and on return, entry declined because the somewhat surly woman on the till was unable or unprepared to give...More

A very peculiar place. Not easy to find, in a large villa planted in a nice garden full with colorful and naive (what else?) sculptures. Ample parking place, in fact - mine was the only car. I was also the only visitor and I was...More

We're just back from a one hour trip. We learned far more than we had anticipated. There are some very fine paintings here. For example, from Croatia about ten paintings done under glass which is incredibly difficult :think the reverse of stained glass - it...More

The Musée d'Art Naïf in Nice is a well kept secret, that is worth seeking out. Set in a turn of the century villa surrounded by a beautiful park, it is situated on the West side of the city in the neighborhood Fabron, not far...More

After visiting the Musee des Beaux Arts (lots of signage) we wanted to go to the Musee International d'Art Naif. We were unable to find any signs. Asked several locals who clearly had never heard of the museum. Eventually we got sick of walking around...More

We enjoyed walking from the promenade des Anglais all the way up to this museum. Great paintings. The price was 10€ per person and allows you also to visit the Matisse Museum for free within 48 hours. So we took advantage of this and went...More
