There are a couple of stand-out paintings, but the overall collection is pretty uninspiring. However, the building is very lovely. The 10 euro entry fee gives you access to all of Nice's galleries on that day.

Apart from a few works of Rodin, and a few decent painings, it was a stangely scarce collection. Hardy worth €10 in admittance.

A strange one this! There are some very intersting works of art but no guide book. I have visited a few times and enjoy looking at the medieval religious works - some quite gruesome, showing the torture of martyrs with gold embellishment. There are lots...More

Not the biggest most well know collection in the whole world but really take some time to walk around the place a look at the pieces because some were absolutely stunning. Well worth a look.

Not much happening here. The collection is small and not that important. Maybe they do a better job with visiting exhibitions. Otherwise, you can skip this museum. The most stunning thing about this museum is the outside. It looks like a great villa.

This museum has a fine collection of art and decoration in a beautiful building. The setting is peaceful and not too crowded.

Big. mostly empty and rather neglected building. A very eclectic and mediocre collection of art. Some nice Dufy's though and some quaint local painters. Some interesting Villas in the small streets adjacant to the museum.

We wanted to try a new museum that we had not visited before...and this is an interesting one. It is in a very nice neighborhood -- between the center of Nice and the Airport, not that far off the Promenade Anglais. Parking is a challenge...More
