You will park the car at the university parking. From there you have to walk about 3km in the mountains. You can go up to have an amazing view of the calanque from the top of one of the cliffs. After that you will have...More

Terrible beach. Terrible place. No toilet, no cabins. No sand and no place ro settle for rest under the sun shine. It was a nightmare for the whole family. Don't even think of going there. It spoilt all our holiday.

Calanque du Sugiton is one of the best calanque. we arrived from Luminy making the track to the beach. One day later we came by boat from the sea. Great nature. Must be and must see.

From Liminy bus station there is a broad path all the way to the Calanque du Subiton. It is about 3.5 kilometers and it took me about 70 minutes, with a couple of rest pauses. Once you reach near the sea, there is a magnificent...More

This is apparently one of the easiest Calanques to access, I simply hopped on the bus in Marseille to the university campus and headed off on the trail. There's a number of routes you can take, I just went straight on down the path leading...More

This was a beautiful hike with lots of nature, but not much shade. I would recommend this trail for the more experienced hikers because there are lots of off road trails that are also very steep. The scenery is great though and the beach at...More

The water was so nice and cold. Really refreshing after the long walk. The sight was breathtaking. Take some watershoes with you because the stones in the water did hurt my feet. And make sure to take enough water and snacks because you can not...More

Despite not great weather it was a great hike (beautiful scenery) and lovely swim. We took a taxi (Uber) to get there and the bus (21) to get back.

We took a 21 bus from Marseille town centre passed the Velodrome out to the end of the line, a journey of about a half hour, then walked into the countryside. The walk began near the university and soon entered pine woods and as we...More

This is the best calanque I have seen. We took a bus to Luminy and from there walked towards the calanque. There are multiple end points for the calanque, but we took route down to have a view from the bottom of the cliff. It...More

Hi there, I believe you have to park close to the University (Luminy) or after. I think the walk is about 30 minutes on an easy terrain from the car park to Sugiton. There is nothing in Sugiton from my recollection... More
