We spent the morning here while our cruise ship was docked in Toulon. Cours Lafayette is a short walk from the pier, and is the site of a lovely outdoor market, which runs for several blocks along this nicely paved, wide, shady boulevard. It is...More

Decent walking market with mostly produce. I'm not sure it would be worth a visit on non-market days.

Walkway lined with a farmers market and brick and mortar shops and restaurants. Definitely worth visiting. Fruits & veggies looked awesome.

Vegetables, cheese, fruits, herbs, coffees, teas and everybody is charming in an multicultural and colourful environment!!! It deserves a visit truly. The street ends up in the Port. Very nice indeed.

We self toured Toulon, which we found to be not one of the more inspiring or interesting cities in Provence. However, the market at Cours Lafayette was fun to wander through. The market stretches for many blocks from very close to the harbor, with vendors...More

This local town market lies in the middle of the old town of Toulon near the water. It is a mix of food, clothing, linens and more. The shops lining the market also have similar items. There is bread, cheese, fruit and vegetables. While many...More
