We traveled during the New Years and managed to para-glide and skied. It was just really memorable for my brother and I. We'd love to head back again.

Take the cable car up to Aiguille du Midi, to have the experience of a lifetime. Cannot be explained in words, a must see for yourself. Be prepared with warm clothes.

Anything like touring the region is worth by foot of course, forget your car, or just be found guilty of polluting one of the purest place of the world

Hi the best way is probably the train but its long; the easiest and cheapest is the bus but think about pollution and prefer the train Rgds

The ride alone to the top of duMidi is about 25 minutes. So up and down alone takes one hour. I'd allow 3 hours minimum to really enjoy it. There are several viewing platforms at the top, all of which have spectacular views... More

My husband and I plan to visit the Mont Blanc in June for a few days. We don't ski or bike but simply want to go there and enjoy the place. Any tips on what we can do and places to not miss? Suggestions welcome.
