Slightly out of the way and only worth a trip if you are going to the area. Interesting details (in English) about growth of silk making in area.

This is a small museum in a narrow back street to the north west of the city centre. Go by Metro to Croix-Rousse and it's only a short walk. Take a street plan (unless your French is good enough to understand the strong local accent!)...More

Very small , quite interesting. If nothing else is open its probably worth a look but it's tiny & takes only minutes to see everything. Helpful notes but thought there would be more examples of historic fabrics so left feeling disappointed.More
