Great audio guides - these really help make the most of the exhibits. Lovely building. Older cars were the most interesting for us. Good for motor sport fans. Café over priced.

The museum itself and the cars are gorgeous. We spent a good 3 hours there but could have spent a lot more - there's plenty of history to learn about, since the beginning of the brand until the modern times. Very interesting and a must-do in Stuttgart!

The Mercedes Benz Museum connects beautiful and unique cars with background technologies and the German history. If you are also interested in German history, than this is an awesome combination. If you are just interested in cars, the Porsche Museum is a good alternative.

You don't have to be a car freak to enjoy this place! The building is awesome and the contents are beautifully presented. There is a terrific collection of cars going back to the very beginnings of motorised transport, but the museum also ties in some excellent links to social history. The museum is not in the city centre and is... More

We visited the museum after we had visited the MB factory on their tour. The museum is located in another area to the factory so its best to make it a 2 day visit. Located in a purpose built building it is fabulous. It shows the history of MB, and consequently the automobile, from the very beginning. Even if you... More
