A little bit longer than 1 km shopping street, starting conveniently from the Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof. If you come by car there are plenty of parking houses in the area. The only for pedestrian, wide KonigStrasse provides a relaxing shopping atmosphere, the Stuttgart Schloss (Castle) adds beauty and style to this remarkable short street. You can buy everything here, you can... More

This street has everything you want or need. Food, clothes, shoes, souvenirs, cinema and is very close to several touristic spots like the Opera and main buildings.

Best street for shopping in Stuttgart and has great restaurants too. Great way to spend a nice day in Stuttgart. One can sit on the grass in front of the palace or enjoy a variety of restaurants, coffee shops or ice cream parlors. A must visit.

We love this place. Lots of shopping stores, historical buildings, and variety of restaurants. Their shops range from cheap to expensive, e.g. Louise Vuitton. There are many cafe to stop by for coffee. It can be reached by S-bahn and U-bahn trains. We love the little grassy area in front of Schlossplatz. It's very packed during the warm weather.

A beautiful place for shopping, walking around and see people passing by. The landscape becomes more exciting on sunny days.

Well maintained shopping area (former main street in Stuttgart, but now a huge pedestrian area) with lots of shops with well known brands as well as stores for the low budget shoppers. Since 2 years there are 2 big shopping centers "added", one at each end of the Koenigstrasse. A huge number of cafes and restaurants help out when you... More

Great shopping area with restaurants to sit outside and eat weather permitting. The shops all have stores for all age groups. The market comes there too on certain days of the week. The train station is very nearby making transportation convenient

I used to work in Stuttgart some 20 years ago, and now I'm spending another year overe here. I remembered Königstrasse as a pretty fashionable shopping area - but it's mainly home to cheap mass market chains, these days. Schlossplatz is nice, though.
