This place may have a German Name but it is just Eataly! If you have one of them in your home town, you may not want to go to this one because it is more or less the same with any other ones and you know, why buy italian stuff in Germany? I went because I did not know it... More

Good use of a former grain exchange that has been turned in a deli, it has also served as a synagogue. Now and upscale deli, a good use of the space.

Actually our intention was to visit close-by Viktualienmarkt and so we parked in the parkdeck below Schrannenhalle. Nice surprise. The place is full with excellent Italian gourmet items and little places to eat or drink a coffee.

Came across this by accident - just wandering though the city near the Jewish area. Fantastic to look through. We had a drink outside as it was summer. The fresh pasta looked amazing, but it was not the time for us to eat...next time!

This is a superb place to shop for a range of foods, preserves and other sometimes unusual items. We also stopped for a meal at the Italian Cafe Restaurant which was tasty, excellent value and in a vibrant atmosphere. Highly recommended!

This old market has been renovated and is now Eataly - home of all Italian things - restaurants, bars, coffee shop, Nutella Bar, wine bar, an ice cream shop and high-end Italian goods - from produce to gift items. This was super fun to visit. There was something for everyone.

Not sure whether the review will be understood, but... I was there with friends who explained this is a "concept". Great, but I wanted to eat a pizza, half This, half That. Impossible. Does not fit within the "concept". Well, not sure to understand, seen how pizza are made... Does this mean that pizze are here.... Out of the fridge?... More

This renovated and tastefully decorated market hall is now sub-titled "Eataly" - and with good reason. Available to buy and take home or to eat on the spot is the very finest produce that Italy has to offer - hams, cheeses, rustic breads, olives, pasta, etc., etc. The basement specialises in bottled beers, wine and chocolate. The aroma alone is... More

Even without the usual cold & snow, it's delightful to spend pre-Christmas in Munich. More though withe a whole new foodie paradise at the Schrannenhalle! Dear Eataly - we love you & your concept, which we know from other countries. Whilst the food (fritura di peace) at our first visit was not REALLY great, we enjoyed the atmosphere, the wine,...
