Very popular scenic park, more internaitonal than its name would suggest, it contains a Greek temple, Chinese pagoda and Japanese tea house.

This Garden has everything :) Perfect place to relax, a lot of beautiful flowers, everyone eating, drinking, laughing and talking, famous beer garden (Biergarten) in the middle (by the Pagoda). Amazing atmosphere.

The English beer garden was in many ways the Oktoberfest I expected when visiting Munich. It is a beer garden in a massive park with great beer and great food. A must see for visiting Oktoberfestites.

A great place to visit. You can watch the surfers doing their magic in the river or have a horse driven carriage around the park. Or just sit back and relax in the beer garden and watch the world go by.

The English garden is a very special place to go for a seriously long walk though some great landscapes and just escape to nature. I can highly recommend taking a few hours out for a long stroll.

the Giselastrabe and or Universitatis stations are close to the garden. Again it depends where in the garden you want to visit. Probably half hour walk from your station.
