Just wow!

Knowing what you learn throughout the museum and being able to stand and see what could've been, a very eerie and powerful place. Recommend.

The museum provides a background on the construction of the Reich's Party Congress building and surrounding Party gathering, rally, and parade grounds. Inexpensive to enter and recommend getting the audio unit in English since everything is in German. The majority of the artifacts, photos, and displays are from the 30's leading up to the invasion of Poland. The war is quickly... More

A huge, ugly building.A reminder of Hitler's megalomania. Now,excepting a little part that houses the Doku-Zentrum(a museum that offers only written and audio information, there are'n any artifacts),it's abandoned,so there's not much to see.

Just a quick walk around the corner from the Nazi Museum is the entrance to the Congresshall. Stand in the center and bask in the history and mad vision of the Third Reich - coming here *after* a round at the Dokumenzentrum will allow you to appreciate the history behind this massive edifice more. Try to not let the segways... More

Take a few steps outdoors before or after visiting the Dokumentations Zentrum and for no charge step into and see the never finished colloseum like amphitheater that Hilter was building to seat 50,000 adoring Nazi party members. Such a scary thought! Also, for free see the adjacent Zeppelin Field parade grounds and stands. You'll be at the site of many... More

Walk out onto the grounds, look into the stands, see the Fuher, you can almost see the goose step. While this time in world history was horrible for mankind, it can be a very emotional experience to see the rallying grounds.

Words can't express how this part of Nuremberg's history left me feeling. The huge buildings and grounds stand today as a constant reminder of the past atrocities of a mad man who left his mark. Well worth the visit especially for WWII enthusiast's.

The NSDAP (Nazi Party) rally grounds cover a huge area in southeast Nuremberg, Germany. Before the Second World War, the Nazi Party rallies were held here. Today this enormous area is a historical monument showing the Party’s megalomania. Nothing much happens here these days (some parts are used as a race track sometimes). Most of the area is in a... When in Nuremberg, you must witness these vestiges of Hitler's reign. Tour buses drive right into this Colosseum like structure, originally built to hold rallies for the Nazi party. Germans, for the longest time, did not want any reminders of Hitler's regime. Now, there is a growing realisation that these monuments must be preserved despite their dark history. As you... More
