The best way to see Regensburg is to take a walking tour. It escaped destruction during WWII and is rich in architectural splendour. We entered the town by walking across the 12th century old stone bridge with a splendid view of the old town house....More

One of many charming and pretty Bavarian towns, lovely old buildings and cobbled streets. Take the opportunity to investigate openings as they open onto some beautiful hidden courtyards.

This lovely old area of the town and the old town hall is well worth wandering around beautifully maintained and pedestrian cobbled streets

If you are anywhere close to Regensburg you need to take a day and visit this area. Spend the day in the old downtown. The cobblestone streets the original buildings shops, restaurants and sites are incredible.
