Germany's oldest surviving stone bridge leads you into this 12th century city. Good views with photo opportunities from either side of the bridge.

This bridge links together two important parts of Regensburg. It’s not a spectacular structure but it sure has the history and functionality. It is used by business people, recreation enthusiasts and tourists. Fortunately, vehicles are no longer permitted.

There is a nice view on and from this old bridge day and night. Not to be missed when visiting Regensburg. It is a pedestrian bridge.

The history and the surrounding builds are interesting. The story of the bridge and its history is interesting. It always amazes me how the "engineers" of old build these structures.

A lovely little bridge, we visited in 2016 when we were told the renovations had been delayed but would be completed in 2017. Well they are not complete although it looks as though the work is neatly complete. A nice bridge although a modern makeover...More

Yes, the Old Stone Bridge is still under construction. It is a long project yet still not done. It will be the same in July when you come through.
