We went on the Dark Worlds (Tour 1) tour of a WWII air raid shelter. Our Danish guide (sadly don't remember her name!) did a wonderful job of conveying what people who used these shelters would have thought, felt, and acted like, both in the shelter and outside. Her storytelling was funny, gripping, and of course very informative. I had... More

We took the Under the Berlin Wall tour (tour M), which is about the escape routes under the wall. Excellent and entertaining guide. Interesting and very touching stories from the Cold War times. Highly recommended.

I went with my parents and we were surprised from how interesting the tour was. Our guide (which unfortunately I don't remember her name) was amazing. She actually did some acting when she tried to get us into the mood and atmosphere of back then. Highly recommended!

Our visit to the the Unterwelten Museum in Berlin coincided with the 27th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, a day which led gradually to the dismantling of many of the remaining bunkers dotted throughout the country. When Germany was re-united, there seemingly no longer appeared to be a valid reason for their continued maintenance. Interestingly, it also... More

I was reccomended to do one of their tours saying that it was absolutely amazing! However it was a let down for me, especially as i made the effort to get there before it opened to get tickets. 10 min after i was there the line was down the whole block... I'm quite interested in history and the wartime. I... More

There are many tours available and in many languages (watch out for yours). The tour is very interesting ( I took part to Tour1) and very well explained. You can really feel what it meant to be in a bunker but also learn a lot about History. When leaving do not forget to pay a visit to the park in... More

The basic guided tour in the Unterwelten Museum was absolutely the most interesting thing in Berlin! You go down to a real bunker, it is highly interesting and the tour is very wel set-up with interesting info about all sorts of aspects. The guide is also amazing, thank you for the great tour!

A very interesting bunker tour located immediately adjacent to the underground station, our guide Anya was very informative, as well as speaking excellent English and having a good sense of humour, and really brought the place to life. The tour consists of a number or rooms over about three levels, some largely empty, others containing various exhibits and others being... More

There are different tours available from the Berliner Unterwelten. Basically you will find yourself taken back in time visiting historical places under the surface of Berlin. The tour guides will give you details about the life and fear people did experience in the time and environment that will give you goosebumps! We looked at the Tour 1 – Dark Worlds:... More

We had a wonderful time and were so lucky to get tickets to 2 tours. Great guide both times in our own language and a super tour of the bunkers of cold and second world war.
