Saw The National here in October. The place is a great size for a concert, there is not a bad seat in the place. I did have some confusion with the cup situation. If you get a drink, they charge you a euro extra, and...More

The acoustics are astounding. I can't vouch for floor level but, for the first time ever, I headed high for a better view due to the amphitheater nature of the building. The sound was incredible.

The venue itself is perfect. Whatever ticket you have, you will be able to see everything well. It's small and intimate. The only thing I didn't like about Tempodrom is the prices of drinks. 7€ for a 0,5l bottle of water? I've been to so...More

The seats, for long conference days, are seriously hard. I'm not really very bony but my bottom took days to recover from feeling bruised. It was great when it was sunny - though the cushions on the steps were picked up and moved inside by...More

I recently attended a 3 day medical conference with 2500 people at the Tempodrom, and though the architecture is great there are several things that made this location suboptimal for this kind of conference. Firstly, the acoustics were challenging and sitting and listening to people...More

For a seated concert, this was an okay venue. It is easy to get in an out of the venue, and move around. The seats were quite small, as were the size of the toilets. The sound was decent, though.

Went here to see the Roncalli Christmas circus with a group of four adults and four children. Initial impressions were good as the venue is impressively located and of an interesting and unusual design. It was also easy to get to by a short walk...More

It was pretty good, some outstanding artist between them, but if you type Roncalli you will not find it. Anyway, we reserved in advance and it was really good but we had to punish our rear parts with hard chairs in first row, 75€/each. Maybe...More

Berlin's revolutionary heart and immigrant roots can
both be found in Kreuzberg, but this central
neighbourhood is beginning a new chapter. In the
1950s and '60s, Turkish guest workers settled around
Kottbusser Tor, while in the 1980s and '90s,
rambunctious squatters and artists gathered to live a
carefree life here. An old hospital even became a
hotspot of riots between squatters and police. Today

Berlin is a big city, but easy to get around by underground, bus or taxi. We stayed at the Zoo hotel and it was a short taxi ride. Great venue, enjoy!
