My three, nine and eleven year old had a great time making crafts, exploring the climbing structure, hall of mirrors and more. I enjoyed reading the photo displays about the first nation north Americans and a great cup of coffee!

What to say - kids love it as there is a lot of action without a need for parents to steer. But all the interesting facts and stories are in German hence not accessible by international crowd. The labyrinth on the top floor is rather...More

It's far too expensive for what it is and they didn't accept credit cards..."oh the machine I broken..." we were told. The nearest cash machines then rip you off further with extra charges to withdraw cash. Total scam of a place!

I visited with my 4 year old and 11 month old children for a day. My 4 year old had a blast! There was a good variety of activities without being overwhelming. I enjoyed the seasonal theme they had throughout the museum. Fun art projects...More

Friends had given us plenty of kids-friendly tips for Berlin, but this one was not in the list. We found it because it was in the brochure for the Berlin 3 days museum pass. While spending a day in Prenzlauer Berg neighbourhood, we gave it...More

This report is from a visit in summer 2015, but I think much remains the same. This is a children's art museum and activity center and a superb one. Located in a former church. Inside there is a curated art exhibition for children, several activities...More

The museum is a former church, that's why it has a high ceiling and an excellent climbing area up high for kids (and adults :)) any age. Plus there are other exhibitions, hands on crafts, there is a not so tuned piano on the first...More

My kids (3 and 6) had a great time there... they could touch absolutely everything they wanted, they played, they learned... I think it's a great place to take children. It's not so big but we stayed there a couple of hours having fun all...More

The museum is in an old church - that is pretty much the only nice and interesting thing about the museum. Not too much to see, I even found some of the employees unfriendly. There is a big "climbing" area for the kids, they liked...More

Prenzlauer Berg
No Berlin neighbourhood has undergone a greater change
than Prenzlauer Berg. The artists and non-conformists
that defined the district’s intriguing subculture in
the 1980s and 90s have been replaced by a young, hip
crowd that frequents the many cafes. Where there were
once run-down houses in the shadow of the Berlin Wall,
there are now designer shops. Beautiful old homes have
been modernized and renovated, and on Sundays,
