"South Embassy" is a small department store in Mitte with fashion and culinary specialities from Latin America. Hundreds of different articles are offered in the large sales area, which appeal to all the senses. Whether gold jewellery replicas with motifs from the Bogotá Gold Museum in Colombia, garments from baby alpaca wool, handmade gaucho ponchos from Argentina or rose chocolate from Ecuador: shopping at the "South Embassy" Translated as "the message of the South", is like visiting a Latin American wonder chamber.
