Many strolling couples in the area and I can imagine it being a favourite walk in the spring and summer built by the architect B Schaede in 1907 . The bridge itself is over the Landwehr Canal which is interesting in its own right a...More

This is a beautiful start to a walk through Tiergarten. A lot of history here. Not much in the immediate area but definitely worth a visit.

It is spring and all trees around are green. A fresh feeling walking on this venue (17 June street). Highly recommended for people to walk through the street and then visit the tower, then Bradenburg Gate.

A must visit. Lots of history in this place. Many people come here, whether it's day or night. Not necessary to attend a long long time around.

The bridge is beautiful, yet a bit busy with cars and people. There are other just as pretty bridges in berlim, even over Spree river, so I wouldn't say that this one is my favorite.

This is beautiful but hard to see. With 8 lanes of traffic between the 2 sides it's hard to take it all in. It does have amazing detail just don't expect to get the coffee table book type photo of it.

Once it was the entrance to Charlottenburg. Built in 1907, when Charlottenburg was still a little bit outside of Berlin. If you are in this district go and take a look on the very nice gate.

Located on the main avenue which takes you to the Victory monument and then the Brandenburg Gate, the Charlottenberg gate was built in the earliest C20 on the border of the Charlottenberg district and compared with the other two monuments has been forgotten about. If...More

The Charlottenburg Gate is a Neo-Baroque building in the Charlottenburg district. Erected in 1907 at the behest of the then independent City of Charlottenburg, it was meant as a counterpart to Berlins Brandenburg gate. The gates flank the western approach to the main thoroughfare Srasse...More
