Its more punk and rebels, or maybe it was more before. Now its sexclubs, bars and party, day and night. You need to discover by yourself by walking, looking and stop for a beer or two.

A must see area of Hamburg. Hard to believe for a westerner. Saw many couples wandering around. There is a pretty good .99 bar here as well as Beattles Platz.

This is a great area for hanging out, eating and drinking. There are a lot of cafes, bars and going-out-places.

There are very limited tickets on sale on the day it's best to contact the stadium and arrange what tickets you need. The ground is about a 15 minute walk from the Reeperbahn. Have fun.
