Visited on Friday 13th October. We enjoyed a brief stroll along the river bank here and got great views of the buildings across the other side and up and down the river. Great to do if you like something a bit modern.

Frankfurt is nice but I love this the most. Scenic in the evening . And a really good place to have a run by the river . Very beautiful .

Want to take pictures of the Frankfurt skyline? This is the perfect spot to get great shots of "Mainhatten" and take in all of the high buildings of the city.

Come stroll by the banks of the Main River. It's especially beautiful at night, when the riverside is illuminated. Stroll by the Iron Bridge, watch the numerous party boats taking off for their cruises on the river. There many cafes, bars and eateries right off...More

Our hotel was located perfectly one end of the river so we could take the walk along here into Romer (old town) and the city centre. Very picturesque river walk, parks along the front, nice bridges and not far from the centre.

I took an early morning jog here. It was peaceful and nice. The morning fog dresses up the city like a fairy. It was perfect jogging across a few bridges and enjoy the birds chipping along the river.

Very nice river bank on both side of the town. A great walking or running tour, at least 5 km on each side of the river. A few pedestrian bridges with a nice view on river and town. Special during the sunset.

Taking a walk by the Main river with your loved one, whilst the skyscrapers of Frankfurt are illuminating the surroundings: wonderful! And the Mainkai is where this might happen, as the opposite side (Museumsufer) offers the better museums to go into, but not the park...More
