Farmers from all the North of the State come to Frankfurt, welling dairies and other products of their own make. In contract to all the trash, you can buy at the grocery stores, this market offers unique, fresh and tasty alternatives; as everywhere : it comes at a price. Every Friday from morning - 18:30.

If you're not in the mood to go to the Konstablerwache on Thursday or Saturday, Schillermarkt starts at the Hauptwache on Fridays. The variety of produce and delicacies is good. Avoid business lunchtime because it gets overcrowded.

Friday farmer market with great local food such as port knuckles at Euro8,50. Because it is within the business.district, lunch time can be packed and busy, so if you want avoid the crowd and queues, go before 11:30am.

Farmers market in a small lane near Zeil with fresh meals and good wine etc. I use to spend my lunch break there on Fridays.

Great place to walk, shop, eat and catch up with the locals. Try the sausage stand right in front of the stock market (Borsenplatz), complete with the famous apple wine. For regular wine there're stands right next.

Every Friday... the Schiller Strasse is lined with a mix of a food and foodie markets... stall selling local produce and freshly cooked/ baked fare.... If in town on a friday, skip lunch and take a stroll to feed/feast on the various stalls. Or should you be working in town, get out early with colleagues and congregate around one of... More
