The Wasserkuenste (or 'Wasserspiele') are the centerpiece of their Bergpark. We had a nice stroll through the park with the family. Nice views, great forest and waterworks. We missed the actual fountains and waterfalls since this is only on sunday, monday and holidays around 15:00.

The best place to visit in Kassel. Once a month, the first Saturday of the month, they are illuminating the fountains

This is an amazing thing to see if you can arrange to be there for a day and time they have it scheduled to flow. During college art history classes, these types of garden waterworks are included, but I just kind of remember fountains...blah blah...More

it was a nice experience since I live in Kassel for 2 years and finally got to see it. But you have to check before if it is working, sometimes due to reconstruction plan they cancel the show

We saw lots of pictures and were looking forward to seeing the real thing but sadly it is under construction and stopped flowing the day before we arrived
