If you go up the Neroberg Hill, you must visit this beautiful Russian Orthodox Church. As you walk towards it in the woods, the Golden domes appear magically in the midst of forest leaves, an impressive sight. It costs 2 euros to enter the church...More

We walked along the paths from the funicular stop so it was lovely to see more of the church emerge gradually through the foliage. The golden cupolas are stunning in the sunshine. There was a token entrance fee to the church. It was a little...More

The interior is very basic. We couldn't go into the church downstairs because of the way the females were dressed...its strict. But the views of the city are more than worth the trip. The exterior with it's golden domes is also beautiful.

There are clothing regulations to go inside to check that out before heading in the door. No photography allowed inside. Breathtaking scenery around the church too.

It is a nice church, but despite being free for years you now have to pay 2 Euros (1 euro child) to gain entry. And to be honest, it is not worthwhile.
