Great Museum! I had never before had a chance to learn about Roman History in this region. The museum was very informative and had amazing artifacts. I loved that the museum is built around the beautiful mosaic. Take your time and ENJOY!

My favorite is the mosaic floor build by the Romans. The museum was built around that floor.

If you like that sort of thing. I do, my wife doesn't, but it has an outstanding collection of Roman antiquities

Ok for a wet afternoon and needs more translation on the exhibits as there were plenty of English speakers on the day I visited.

Easy to navigate the museum, early history of the city how it was laid out, agoverned and defended, info about its citizens made for a better understanding of the city.
