The whole promenade looked really lovely and like one would enjoy hanging around on a sunny day. Also there are a number of places when you can also enjoy good food or drinks.

We visited the Rhine river promenade during 2016 Japan day. It was extremely crowded with thousands of youngsters in Manga costumes, and other visitors. Many Japanese companies and organizations presented themselves in small boots. Especially the 'kimono try on' and the photo boot with virtual...More

Perfect area of the city to go for drinks, lunch, dinner, walking and share with friends. Plenty of alternatives, the only minus is that many places don't take credit cards, so be prepare to pay "cash"

The promenade is definitely worth seeing and feeling. The place itself looks amazing, and it basically dares to sit in one of hundreds small pubs and cafés to have a drink and calm down for a while.

Enjoy your walk on this nice promenade. Occasional events such as a bookmarket or ferry wheels will keep you entertained. Take a seat on one of the benches and watch the sunset over the river
